Thank you so much for visiting my personal website. I hope as you look around you grab inspiration from "Bootcamp Spotlight Stories" and their own personal fitness journeys. I know I do and THAT is why I am involved in this line of work. I have a deep passion for helping others and I love seeing them thrive on a multitude of levels. My love for fitness and the power I believe it holds to change someone's life is the vehicle I use to help others reach their full potential. I believe in the potential of every person I come into contact with. If you have the heart, the determination, the passion and if you execute with full commitment you WILL arrive at your destination.
Physical activity has been something that has built into my character over the years. I believe it has taught me the power of discipline, dedication, commitment, strength (mentality and physically), perseverance and a positive attitude.
It changes the way you view yourself and it helps to show you what you are truly made of. It pushes you, it challenges you, and it requires your best. You want to give a mediocre effort?? Expect mediocre results. It will always give you what you put in, nothing less and nothing more. For this, I respect physical fitness and what it is.
Also for this reason, I will always expect YOUR personal best. I am committed to being a trainer that helps you raise your own standards of yourself and then working alongside you to reach them.
Personally, I am a strong believer in GOAL SETTING. I believe and have seen it take others and myself to that next level. I recently completed one long-time goal of mine, I stepped on the figure stage for the first time. This year (2012) I entered the MABBA Novice Championships and had an amazing time. There are some pictures below to view.
Thank you so much for visiting my site and if there is anything I want you to take away by visiting this site, it is that anything is possible. Each day is a new opportunity to love ourselves and the body we were blessed with. View it as a gift and begin treating it with respect. We only get one, we might as well love it the best we can.
Be healthy and happy everyone!
